Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping is available throughout Indonesia.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
The only exceptions are products that arrive damaged, defective, or sent in error on our part.

Size Exchange
- We accept exchanges for size only.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within our exchange period (3 days after your order arrives).
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging still attached.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our side.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
